Sayaka, a psychiatrist, runs the clinic she inherited from her late father alongside Kumi, a clinical psychologist. In her private life, she habitually engages in affairs; she is currently involved with Ichinose, a married man with a family. One night, Yagami—a patient harboring a stalker-like obsession with Sayaka—rapes Kumi. Rikako, the daughter of Akutsu (a former lover whom Sayaka had dumped), manipulates Yagami to exact revenge on Sayaka. Now, the two of them are closing in on Sayaka inside her consultation room...
