During a presidential working visit to the city of Semey, every local police officer dreams of being part of the official escort motorcade. A group of local patrolmen wants to get into the convoy at all costs. However, their chief has other plans. As the person responsible for the President's security, he wants everything to run perfectly. Knowing the chaotic reputation of his men, the chief orders Serik, Medet, Olzhas, Edil, Ilyas, and Beks to stay far away from the motorcade. Instead, he puts Dima and Renat, the city's elite police officers, in charge of the escort. But the six patrolmen are not ready to just give up and surrender their spots, because accompanying the President is the ultimate dream of every cop.
