Love, dream and struggles unraveling in poverty-stricken village with serious drug problem. Several village headmen were assassinated by the drug mafia's order, so appointed a new one. To fight drug problems, his eldest son's mind sticks to his music dream, only a mentally-challenged man is willing to help but not very helpful. Meanwhile, many kids are overdosed, killings still happen. And here comes a pretty teacher that caught all eyes.
