Little Night Music (1975)
Avi Nesher's second short film presents the experience of alienation and urban loneliness in Tel Aviv's nightlife in the days following the Yom Kippur War. These are revealed through the eyes of an American singer who has moved to Israel and is performing in a small club in Jaffa. Her routine and loneliness are disrupted when the nightclub owner forces her to go out with a young and handsome man named Ahmed.
