A gang of friends from the Chennai area want to find a ground to practice and play cricket as their regularly playing ground has some issues, hence plans to go to a prohibited factory ground to play. An unfortunate situation arises and where they get trapped inside a prohibited VR Research factory where there are rumors and talk that this place is haunted with Evil and spirits. What happens next is the film.Pei Kathai is a different dimension of ghost storytelling experience to the audience. A first attempt of Unreal Engine Animation plot segmented in the film in form of Virtual Reality Experience.Film Engage audience from the Hero perspective point with lots of suspense and thriller elements overflowed with humor and dark comedy.
