Toshiue no onna: Hakata bijin no hajirai (2002)
Reina Sakuragi was once a popular actress in the world of "pink films" but has since retired. When the only surviving print of one of her movies is screened at the Fukuoka Okura Theater, Kota—who is on the verge of graduating high school— begins visiting the theater every day after his cousin secretly let him in. Then, by chance, Kota spots Reina on the streets of Hakata; she is now living as an ordinary housewife in a public housing complex. He soon discovers that she has resigned herself to an unhappy marriage.
