La Tamalera (2024)
Ada is a hardworking mother struggling to make ends meet in a neighborhood marked by violence and uncertainty. Through her small tamale business, she supports her family and fights to maintain a sense of dignity and stability. When local criminals begin to threaten her livelihood and the safety of her community, Ada is forced to confront a reality she can no longer avoid. What begins as intimidation quickly escalates, pushing her to make difficult and dangerous decisions. Driven by love for her children and a fierce determination to protect what she has built, Ada rises against powerful enemies, proving that true strength does not come from power, but from courage and resilience. In a world where hope is fragile, one mother’s fight becomes a symbol of resistance and survival.
