After months of heartbreak, KeKe—a witty, romantic Black trans woman—spends her nights hiding in old romcoms. Dragged out by her cousin Lily, she lands at a party that reopens old wounds. Armed with liquid courage, she braces herself—until she meets Eli, a sweet stranger who disarms her defenses. Their spark is undeniable, but KeKe isn’t sure she’s ready to love again while still mending from her past. Blending humor, messy encounters, and romcom nostalgia, Salty is about love, loss, and learning to be your own happy ending.
