3 cm per second (2021)
An experimental dance piece conceived in response to the pandemic of 2020 which explores issues of separateness, isolation and skin hunger. Being deprived of touch has a detrimental effect on our mental and physical health and being stroked at 3cm per second is thought to reduce stress levels as oxytocin increases.
