Wallah (2026)
Alaeddine spends his days in Epinay-sur-Seine, lying to the north of Paris. With urban imagery, poetic digressions and scenes from everyday life, the film tells the story of the condition of extraneousness in a land far from one’s own, the loneliness imposed by metropolises such as Paris, the need to feel part of a community and the quest for personal balance, between cultural rootedness and discovery of the Other.
