An intimate, direct, and lyrical approach to the figure of Hildebrando Pérez Grande, one of the most important Peruvian poets of recent decades. With a style that alternates between personal testimony and poetic evocation, Pozzi-Escot's camera captures the poet in his living space, surrounded by books, memories, and convictions. Far from a solemn portrait, Cantar de Hildebrando offers a sensitive immersion into the inner world of the author of Aguardiente y otros cantares, winner of the Casa de las Américas Prize, and professor emeritus at the National University of San Marcos.
