"Bygd på kjærlighet" is based on the real events that led to the birth of Pizza Grandiosa. The film takes us back to the 80s, where a group of Westerners refuse to comply, and instead decide to stand together and take up the fight against the superior power in Oslo. With love, rage, creative inventions and a good dose of madness, they lay the foundation for what turned out to be one of Norway's most famous brands. "Bygd på kjærlighet" is a humorous and heartwarming story about a group of people who can argue about most things, but stand together when it really matters.
