A long time ago, there was a psychic boom on television, and among the children who watched it, some developed special abilities. However, it was rare for children who awakened to psychic powers to achieve great things, most had minor abilities, and only a handful were able to make a name for themselves as psychics. Akira is one of these psychics who has no place to shine, so he gathers together psychics with similar circumstances and forms Team Psychics-Z.
