The Human Vapor (1964)
Narrated by Mizuno himself, it tells the story of how he transformed into the Human Vapor, his human love for another, and the impossibility for him to be stopped. However, can Japanese authorities figure out a way to destroy him before his powers choke the people of Tokyo?
