Welcome to Oblivion (1989)
The year is 2058, in Kansas City. The world has suffered a nuclear disaster. Mutants live in the cities, confined to reservations. Everyone covets a mineral called zirconium. Fragments of this film were used in "Ultra Warrior," along with fragments from other films, forming a very peculiar conglomeration, edited by Kevin Tent, who would later win an Oscar for editing.
