Paldiski, die verlorene Stadt (1999)
Five years after Estonia gained independence, Paldiski is set to become a normal city again. This Estonian city was the site of a large submarine and naval base established by the Soviet Army in 1964. At that time, the city was declared a restricted military zone and cut off from the outside world, and its residents were relocated.
