Hoshikawa Minami: Itaikena kyonyû (2004)
Ryota, who works as a staff member at a role-play-themed adult club, visits a hotel with his girlfriend, Akari, on her birthday—only to have her break up with him right after they have sex. After drinking heavily in despair, Ryota finds a sex doll at a trash collection point and brings it home; he tearfully embraces the doll while pouring out his feelings for Akari. The next morning, a naked young woman is asleep beside Ryota. She reveals herself to be Mira, a witch who had been transformed into the sex doll by a spell. Grateful to Ryota for breaking the curse, she offers to grant him three wishes...
