Great Patriotic War. 18-year-old field postman Azamat delivers valuable cargo to the front line every day. He knows all the secret paths in the forest and in the swamp, dreams of the feat and love of the field doctor Masha. When a military plane on a secret mission crashes in the forests, Azamat alone knows how to get to the target the fastest and sneak a reconnaissance group there unnoticed.
