Shoko is a sex worker who travels the country, known as "Shoko of Ecstasy" for her exceptional sexual prowess and technique. Completely alone in the world, she returns to her hometown after several years to visit her mother's grave. On her way back, she saves a man attempting to jump off a bridge—it turns out to be Koichi, a childhood friend and her first love.
