Your Cold Hands (Geudae-ui chanson) (1974)
Yoon-se, the youngest son of President Han, is a cadet, and his childhood friend Hee-young is the spouse chosen by his parents. One day, Yoon-se meets a beautiful woman named Ji-in, and despite his family's opposition, they share a true love. Ji-in, who grew up as an orphan and lives with a foreign missionary, also finds joy in life through Yoon-se, but due to his mother's opposition, she leaves home and wanders aimlessly. Yoon-se, who had been frantically searching for Ji-in, finds her at a mental hospital and cares for her with ceaseless devotion and love; however, she eventually leaves behind a letter and departs for the United States for treatment.
