Duet (1973)
The ballet film "Duet" features People's Artists of the USSR Ekaterina Maksimova and Vladimir Vasiliev. It incorporates excerpts from the ballets: Don Quixote (choreography by A. Gorsky), Spartacus (choreography by Y. Grigorovich), Icarus (staged by V. Vasiliev), and the choreographic number "Match" (staged by T. Shilling). The film also includes fragments of rehearsals and live performances by these great dancers.
