Trans: positions (2026)
Simon Coutu explores the rise of transphobia and the weaponization of transgender identity in political and media discourse. Meeting with members of the trans community and with right-wing organizers who denounce what they call “gender ideology,” he seeks to understand how transgender identity has become such a polarizing issue in Québec.
