Brutalism - A Skater's Perspective (2018)
Brutalism is an abstract and conceptual execution of how skateboarders see and make use of urban spaces. With this film we aim to showcase a skater’s notion with regards to the concrete environment we find ourselves in every day. It speaks about a skater’s reinterpretation of space - and the advancement of how these spaces are used in ways that the architects themselves could never have imagined. A skater offers a revolutionary perspective for the architect, one that allows you to see buildings beyond what they were intended to be.
