Sikwate: Worm with Illness (2026)
Hyped by an over-the-top game show announcer, an energetic host leads a tutorial on making the ultimate comfort meal of hot sikwate and pandesal. As the recipe unfolds, intrusive memories, real-life depression audio recordings, and animated fragments of childhood grief invade the screen, leading to an attempt on his life. However, death never comes.
