Kayo, a hostess, seduced Suzuki—the president of a talent agency—to become his mistress and made her debut as an entertainer. When Setsuko, the agency's top star, suffered a severe injury during a shoot, Kayo stepped in as her replacement and went on to establish herself as a star in her own right; Setsuko subsequently became Kayo's manager. Then one day, a stalker began closing in on Kayo. Paralyzed by fear, she cancelled her work and entered into a relationship with Yasuo, Setsuko's younger brother. Before long, however, she began to suspect that Yasuo might be the stalker...
