Mibôjin to tasuki: Etsuko no himitsu (2005)
A female lawyer appears before the widowed Etsuko Segawa, bearing her late husband's will. The condition for inheriting the estate is that Etsuko must wear a specific memento of her husband's and remain chaste for the rest of her life—and that memento turns out to be a *fundoshi* (traditional Japanese loincloth).
