Il Caffè (2026)
Inside the Caffè Florian, a symbolic place of Venice and a guardian of memories, a day unfolds suspended between the flow of the present and the echo of the past. Its historic rooms, hidden corridors, timeworn mirrors, and windows overlooking Piazza San Marco create a silent landscape crossed by light, sound, and repeated gestures. Within the constant movement of the café emerges the figure of a young waiter, a discreet presence guiding the viewer’s gaze through the spaces of the Florian. Through his silences, measured movements, and fleeting encounters with customers, the café transforms from a historic place into a human and sensory space where time seems to expand and lives brush invisibly against one another. An immersive story in which memory, labor, and everyday life become intertwined.
