It's the height of summer in Miura Coast's Misaki Town. Senzo and Senji, a father and son, live in a fishing village on the opposite side of the bustling main street. Senji, who dislikes fishing and prefers to wander aimlessly, lost his older brother, Senta, in a maritime accident a year ago. Having gained some money from his brother's insurance, Senji is completely smitten with Kirara, who has come from the city. Then, Kirara invites him to start a nude modeling agency in Tokyo, and he gives her the money…
