Leave (2016)
Leave is a moving and intimate story about letting go, about goodbyes, starting over, leaving and breaking with everything that tie you to the past. Is also a story about loneliness, Rita, our main character, is now as lonely as the desert that surrounds her. Her house in the middle of nowhere is a reflection of her feelings, and the constant wind that bent every tree around is a reminder of the passage of time. The Venezuelan Paraguana Peninsula is the setting for the wait and the pain of this woman that tries to escape every night to go after the man who has left her.
