When a Person Loves (1979)
Ferdi (Ferdi Tayfur) is the heir to a wealthy, prominent family in Çukurova, but his true passion lies in music and songwriting. Recognizing his passion, his father agrees to send him to Istanbul, giving him a limited window of time to handle company affairs while pursuing his musical dreams. In Istanbul, Ferdi meets Arzu (Necla Nazır), a talented conservatory music student. Enchanted by her voice and potential, Ferdi falls deeply in love and decides to pour all his resources, time, and influence into launching her career as a major musical star. However, as Arzu rises to fame, her blind ambition and shifting motivations threaten to shatter Ferdi's selfless devotion, transforming a passionate romance into a painful tale of betrayal and heartbreak.
