The Big Empty (2005)
A young woman consults multiple doctors for a persistent internal pain, eventually leading to the discovery of a vast, frozen tundra within her body. The condition draws scientific and media attention, reducing her identity to the anomaly. As others attempt to explore the phenomenon, she remains emotionally and physically affected by the experience.
