I Love You Three Times a Day (1988)
An English high school teacher whose students always play tricks on him because of his Carabao English. He met and fell in love with a fellow teacher, whom he didn't know was engaged to be married. Frustrated and tried to kill himself, his fairy godmother told him he'll just say the phrase "I Love You 3x A Day" if he wants somebody to fall in love with him.
