Amidst car caravans, cockfights, reggaeton concerts, and jujitsu work outs, the Machiavellian mayor is reborn and christened "The Boss" by his supporters. Accusations fly of malfeasance, mismanagement of funds, vote buying, and incitement of violence as the campaigns roll forward.
