The Çaa Cy Perereg species was introduced to Brazil in the 17th century, a myth born on the coffee and sugarcane plantations. The Saci has one foot... One foot in reality and the other in dreams! A child of the collective imagination, a distant relative of Macunaíma, a friend of the shadows, and mischievous by nature. Come discover and create your own Saci! A long-lasting whirlwind... Strong... Consistent... That is how the Saci migrations unfold. Ever since the days of Zumbi’s quilombo, there has been only one explanation for these whirlwinds... That circular motion, shifting everything around, makes us think and, why not, believe... It is the Saci, or rather, many of them... Migrating... Stepping out of the imagination and planting one foot in reality!
