MTV Yoga features Lori Trespecio from the cast of The Real World: Back To New York and noted yoga instructor Kristin McGee as they guide both beginners and more advanced students through a workout which incorporates tried-and-true yoga techniques with the faster pace and uptown vibe one expects from MTV.
