The northern Norwegian village of Rallkattlia is experiencing the problems currently ravaging the coast more severely than ever before. What happens when the fish are gone, agriculture is unprofitable, and the bank has gone bankrupt? We witness the residents' humorous ingenuity in their efforts to save the village. The television version was filmed in an environment strikingly similar to Rallkattlia, where the people and Oluf go hand in hand. Sei no more – sei cod or liver...
