Lower Body Workout (1996)
An effective fitness regime, as used by Supermodel Claudia Schiffer. A brisk warm-up, muscle conditioning workout and targeted cool-down work towards the same goal: to safely trim the outer and inner thighs and firm and tone the buttocks. The work-out is created and co-ordinated by fitness expert Kathy Kaehler.
