Kano Botanic garden
This documentary presents the activities of Fatima Batul Mukhtar, a Nigerian Professor of Botany who established a botanic garden that collects, grows and conserves indigenous plant species threatened by overexploitation. Her garden also educates students and the public on the effects of deforestation, climate change and non-sustainable utilization of resources.
