Regena Cassandrra (born 13 December 1990) is an Indian actress and model who works predominantly in Telugu and Tamil cinema, as well as Hindi and Kannada productions. She began her acting career as a child anchor on the children's television channel Splash and made her acting debut in the Tamil romantic comedy *Kanda Naal Mudhal* (2005). She later appeared in short films and made her Kannada debut in K. M. Chaitanya's *Suryakaanti* (2010). Her Telugu breakthrough came with Tatineni Satya's *Siva Manasulo Sruthi* (*SMS*, 2012), for which she won the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Telugu. Her subsequent films include *Routine Love Story* (2012), Pandiraj's Tamil comedy *Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga* (2013), Maruthi's *Kotha Janta* (2014), *Ra Ra... Krishnayya* (2014), K. S. Ravindra's action film *Power* (2014), A. S. Ravi Kumar Chowdary's *Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham* (2014), Harish Shankar's *Subramanyam for Sale* (2015), *Rajathandhiram* (2015), the romantic comedy *Jyo Achyutananda* (2016), and Lokesh Kanagaraj's hyperlink thriller *Maanagaram* (2017). She also appeared in Prasanth Varma's psychological ensemble film *Awe!* (2018), Venkat Ramji's mystery thriller *Evaru* (2019), and Selvaraghavan's horror drama *Nenjam Marappathillai* (2021). She made her Hindi film debut in Shelly Chopra Dhar's coming-of-age romantic comedy-drama *Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga* (2019). Her streaming credits include SonyLIV's biographical series *Rocket Boys* (2022–2023), for which she received a Filmfare OTT Award nomination for portraying Mridula Sarabhai, ZEE5's thriller series *Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke* (2023), and Raj & DK's black comedy thriller series *Farzi* (2023). Her later films include the action thriller *Saakini Daakini* (2022), the Tamil comedy *Conjuring Kannappan* (2023), Magizh Thirumeni's action thriller *Vidaamuyarchi* (2025), Gopichand Malineni's Hindi action film *Jaat* (2025), the fantasy horror film *Mookuthi Amman 2* (2025), and the Telugu thriller drama *Mareechika* (2026).
