New Haven, Connecticut, United States:
Victoria Negri is an award-winning filmmaker and ultramarathon runner, whose work pushes towards the edges of reality, exploring characters who battle impossible terrain–both within and outside themselves. Her feature debut, “Gold Star” – which she wrote, directed, produced and acted in – features Oscar-nominated actor Robert Vaughn in his last on-screen performance. Currently, Victoria’s in development on numerous projects, including “ULTRA” with Executive Producers Sailor Bear (David Lowery’s team); End Cue ("The History of Sound"), and Producers Jon Read and Allison Rose Carter of Savage Rose Films. She’s a fellow of the IFP/Gotham Episodic Labs. Victoria was originally an actress. Directing was always a “someday I’ll be ready” thing, until her father’s death made her realize at some point, tomorrow won’t come.
