Biography:

Simon Allen is an Australian animation supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM). He grew up in New Zealand and attended Film School at Perth School of Art and Design, studying Film and Television and Animation. Allen joined Pixar Animation Studios in 2006 for the Academy award-winning feature Ratatouille. He went on to animate on more Oscar winners, such as Wall-E, UP, Toy Story 3, Happy Feet, and Brave, and teaches at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. He was an animation supervisor at the Mill then was the head of animation at MPC before joining ILM.
