Actor Neil Graham Moran, born on September 2, 1941, in Kansas City, Missouri, was known for his distinctive voice and ability to portray diverse characters, including reverends, magicians, and politicians. He is best remembered for his roles as 'Fat Charlie' in the "Adam-12" episode "Who Won?"
