Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia:
Dylan River is an filmmaker from Alice Springs, Australia. He grew up in a creative family filled with numerous filmmakers and from an early age thought filmmaking was boring and not for him! He couldn’t have been more wrong. In 2013, his debut documentary "Buckskin", won the Foxtel Documentary Prize at the 60th annual Sydney Film Festival, followed by its airdate on ABC. In 2015, Dylan's first short film "Nulla Nulla" was selected as part of the Berlin International Film Festival. Dylan currently has been working on numerous solo projects and television series'. His work as a cinematographer fills most of his time, and is still motivated to staying behind the camera. Telling stories close to home, combining life and work as one.
