Hannah Grace Maur is a queer filmmaker from the province of Isabela, Philippines. She writes, directs, and does production design and set decoration for films, ads, tv & digital series, and music videos. Her work gravitates toward stories of growing up, grief, and girlhood, often set against regional landscapes. Her practice is anchored in the places she comes from. She hopes to keep carving out room for regional stories and for the communities and causes that continue to shape her lens. When she's not on a film set or any creative playground for work, she hangs out in cafes, watches movies, or reads. She wears lots of colors, rocks Mary Jane shoes, and believe empathy is underratedly cool.
