Biography:

Jinrung Chun is a film director. He is a third-generation Korean resident in Japan. He became fascinated with film after encountering Korean films in high school, and after graduating from Akita High School, he went to Korea to study Korean language and culture. While attending Seoul National University, he joined a film club and began making films seriously. He later enrolled in the Korea National University of Arts, majoring in film directing.
