James Bueno, a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Film, specializing in Post-production, attended De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, the premier art school of the Philippines. He believes that films, aside from being a form of entertainment, can also be an amplifier for voiceless people. He has garnered acclaim for his cinematic works, including "Apol," an official selection at the 33rd Gawad Alternatibo, and "Gluttony" featured in the 9th Intonation Festival. Additionally, "Anya and Roma’s Alco-holy Encounter" has earned recognition as an official entry in the MAX3MIN - Very Short Film Festival 2023. His recent work, "P.O.V. (Pepe On Vlog)" had its international premiere at the Kota Kinabalu International Film Festival 2024.
