Biography:

In 1981 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Azerbaijan State University, in 1985 - from the Faculty of Sociology. Since 1989 - secretary of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan, vice-president of the Azerbaijan PEN-club.
