Louisiana, USA:
Ethan Hood is a director based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He started directing in high school, as an assignment for a film class. He came to Louisiana State University (LSU) intending to graduate with a degree in film. On sets, he has made the effort to learn almost every department of filmmaking, so that he has a fleshed-out vision when crafting stories. When not directing, he prefers to be in the Grip and Electric departments. During his sophomore year, he had also fallen in love with theatre. This love led him to a double major and he graduated from LSU in 2026, achieving both a BFA in Film & Television, and a BA in Theatre Tech & Design. Ethan plans to stay in the Baton Rouge area and be an Assistant Director on many theatrical plays, as well as support local film sets in whatever capacity is needed.
