Hélios Tovondahy (he/him) is a visual artist, director of photography, photographer, filmmaker and graphic designer, born on July 7, 2004. He co-founded the militant production association Et Pourtant Ça Tourne. He is French-Malagasy and was born in Paris. He currently lives in Seine-et-Marne, France.
