Sapphira Rolfe

Biography:

Sapphira Rolfe is a Melbourne-based creative producer and production designer with a growing portfolio in independent film and commercial media. In 2024, she produced the short film Crème Brûlée, a 14-minute narrative exploring themes of grief and familial bonds. The film premiered at the Melbourne Women in Film Festival (MWFF) as part of the Next Gen Shorts program, highlighting emerging talents from Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. In addition to her producing work, Sapphira served as the Production and Costume Designer for the Collarts x Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) 2024 pre-roll campaign. This short film was showcased before over 150 titles at MIFF, demonstrating her versatility and collaborative spirit within the industry. Sapphira's background also includes acting, with a role as Ruby Endicott in the television series City Homicide (2008).
